International Award of the Japanese Association for Laboratory Animal Science (JALAS). The purpose is to give an honorable recognition for excellent young researchers in Asian countries and to invite them to the annual academic meeting of JALAS to present their research accomplishment.
The candidate’s research field must be related to laboratory animal science which covers basic to apply biomedical research centering around use of experimental animals and also covers topics related to experimental animals such as technology, management, and animal welfare.
The candidate must be 35 years old or younger.
The candidate must present the research accomplishment in a symposium at the annual academic meeting of JALAS.
The awardee shall be given a testimonial and a bursary of ¥ 100,000 in cash (JALAS) at the annual meeting of JALAS + 10,000 THB (TALAS)
